![]() I know if I do meditating or journaling I can alleviate even severe symptoms. Normally when you get negative moods you can do things like journaling or yoga to bring the time down, but with the PTSD mod absolutely nothing helps, which isn’t really true to life. ![]() However I’m a bit disappointed that there is nothing you can do to alleviate how long you have those negative moods. ![]() It also pops up at random, which is also pretty true to the disorder. The cool thing about it is the different moods it affects, Dazed, Tense, Sad, all of the moods that definitely come from dealing with triggers and flashbacks. PTSD: I was really intrigued by this one since I have PTSD. Here is my review of the ones I’ve played so far… Imagine my surprise and delight to find that people have put in mental health mods! Of course I had to try them out. ![]() I even love looking through the incredible mods people make for the game. ![]()
